Jon Phillips has been CEO with Andrews Refrigeration since 2016. Jon, a CPA, has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience. This experience has helped Andrews manage their growth by implementing new processes, systems and procedures to the business side of the Andrews operation. Jon joined the Andrews team in 2013 as their CFO after spending 14 years with the Phoenix Suns where he served as their VP of Finance. Jon began his Accounting career at Price Waterhouse as an auditor and also worked at PING’s Moon Valley Country Club as their controller. Prior to completing his Accounting degree at Arizona State University West, Jon spent 8 years in the US Air Force.

Jayson Wagner, having spent most of his professional career with Andrews Refrigeration, was promoted to President in 2016. A graduate of Universal Technical Institute with a degree in Occupational Science, Jayson began his HVAC(R) career with Andrews as a service technician in 2003. With hard work and determination, Jayson quickly advanced in the company filling key positions at Andrews including Service Manager, General Manager and Vice President. Throughout his career at Andrews, Jayson has built a strong reputation in the industry. His straight forward, hands-on approach with customers, vendors and technicians ensures we are providing consistent quality service at a fair price. Prior to joining Andrews, Jayson worked as an Electrician for four years.
