Commercial Facility Maintenance/Handyman

Responsibilities – Experience in multiple skills/trades, but not all required

• Commercial Building Maintenance
• Door/Jamb Install, Hardware, Service & Repairs
• Tile, Grout and Floor Repairs and Replacement
• Roof Repairs
• Drywall, Paint and FRP
• Trim Carpentry
• Blueprint reading: 1 year (Preferred)
• Estimating a plus but not required
• Overnight work availability for some projects

Requirements:

• Arizona Driver’s license with a good MVR record.
• Comfortable working in the field with little or no supervision
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature
• Ability to operate different tools (hand tools, saws & power tools)
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously with possible interruptions
• Good interpersonal and team work skills
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Must be able to prepare documentation providing support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information for work performed and hours worked on a hand-held device.

Pay Range: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 hour shift
