Commercial Kitchen Service Technician

  • Properly diagnose and repair food service equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, mixers, holding cabinet’s steamers.
  • Inspection of the equipment and their related components to ensure safe operation.
  • Professionally communicate the service needed to customer.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed and/or assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the continued functioning of food service equipment.


  • Arizona Driver’s license with a good MVR record.
  • EPA License
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to prepare documentation providing support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information for work performed and hours worked on a hand-held device.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 hour shift
