Journeyman Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Installation/Service and repair of commercial and industrial lighting fixtures, panels, controls, breakers.
• Inspect systems and their components to ensuring safe operation.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing proper operation.
• Calculated conduit bending of EMT, IMC and GRC conduit.

Requirements:

• Arizona Driver’s license with a good MVR record.
• Working knowledge of AC & DC electrical circuits.
• Ability to perform all installations in accordance with NEC and jurisdictional requirements, in addition to Client’s specifications and standards.
• Ability to communicate task requirements to others.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Must be able to prepare documentation providing support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information for work performed and hours worked on a hand-held device.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 hour shift
